As COVID forced small businesses to close their doors for the foreseeable future, Verizon saw an opportunity to help by giving people with something they’d been missing in isolation: live entertainment.

Pay It Forward LIVE became the first ever, fully remote, live streamed concert series. Each week, artists like Alicia Keys, Dave Matthews, Billie Eilish, Usher and Chance the Rapper invited fans into their home for an intimate concert aimed at raising money and support for small businesses in need.
